“There are many ways to know that God exists but the more important thing is to know him personally”

— Christopher Scott Neiswonger MAG

The place of the law of God in the political life of the Christian has always been a difficult issue.

While some have reduced the faith to the practice of politics – others have said the Christian must avoid politics altogether.

Great minds from Augustine to Aquinas have weighed in on this and their judgments resound to this day.

Francis Schaeffer, R.C. Sproul, John MacArthur, Michael Horton and Adrian Rogers set a tone for the contemporary and ongoing discussion. It is not a question that will go away soon… but every Christian must settle the question in their own heart.

Speakers include:

Calvin Beisner, President of the Cornwall Alliance for the Stewardship of Creation
(featured in the recent Megan Basham book, “Shepherds for Sale”) and Christopher Neiswonger JD MA of the Memphis Apologetics Group.

Archeological Evidence

The entire world and the history of it is God’s. He leaves us with mountains of witnesses to his powerful works and words.

Philosophical Evidence

Thinking is the most important thing we do so it’s very important that we do it well. Let’s change the discussion to one that edifies and invigorates.

Biblical Evidence

The Bible is the very words of the very God that created the Heavens and the Earth. He hasn’t left us without a witness of himself but defends his own word in many ways over thousands of years.
